Ryan Williams


Ryan has 15+ years of experience as an electrical contractor in three fields including residential, commercial, and industrial. His project experience includes - substations, power plants, surface mines, railroad facilities, oil & gas facilities, water treatment facilities, garage & storage facilities, manufacturing facilities, roadway construction, airports, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and houses.

Ryan began his electrical career as a 1st year apprentice in 2005, then hired on with Intermountin Electric Service in 2006. He became a Journeyman Electrician in the state of Wyoming in 2011. He then moved up to Journeyman Foreman status with Intermountain Electric Service in 2014. He worked maintenance as an I&E tech/contractor at Carter Creek Gas Plant for Intermountain Electric Service in 2017 - 2018. In 2018, Ryan was promoted to Evanston Area Manager. He currently holds three Journeyman Electrical Licenses for the states of Wyoming, Colorado, and North Dakota.

Chuck Jenkins


Chuck has 20+ years of experience in the utility industry.

Chuck started his lineman apprenticeship in 2000 and achieved Journeyman status in 2004. He then moved to Wyoming in 2008 and went to work for Prime Power & Communications which was purchased by Intermountain Electric Service in 2016. Chuck was appointed the Powell Area Manager in 2017 and elected to the Board of Directors in 2019. Chuck has experience in overhead and underground power line, substation, and transmission.


Adam Hinkle


Adam started his electrical career in 1992 in Idaho moving home in 1993. After moving back to Riverton he got a job with a local electrical contractor working on residential and commercial work until 1996. He started working for Intermountain Electric Service in 1997 and registered as an apprentice electrician through the State of Wyoming. He completed his apprenticeship and has held his Journeyman license since 2002 and has worked in the residential, commercial and industrial fields. While working for IME he was the Foreman/Superintendent of several jobs for IME including schools, Central Wyoming Collage Health & Science Building, Dubois fish hatchery, Togwotee and Brooks Lake Lodge remodels, several fire alarm projects, a Fire Eye project and Man Down project for Conoco Phillips Gas Plant in Lysite Wyoming as well as working with the Intermountain Electric Service lineman crew building a new 10 mile long distribution/transmission power line in Dubois Wyoming. He was promoted in 2017 to Riverton Area Manager.


Dustin Bennett

Rock Springs

Dustin became an electrical apprentice in December of 2000, most of his career has been focused on the industrial aspect of the industry, He traveled for many years working on power plants in the southern parts of the US.

When Dustin moved back to Wyoming in late August 2004 he was hired by Intermountain Electric Service in September and spent the next 6 years doing various oilfield electrical/heavy industrial work with a heavy emphasis on the instrumentation/automation aspect.

Dustin became a part of the management team in 2010 where he was in charge scheduling, bidding, and managing all electrical projects out of the Rock Springs office. In July of 2014 he became area manager of the Rock Springs office.

The Rock Springs office opened their doors in 1995, for 20 years the office has strived for and accomplished excellence in their everyday operations. Rock Springs has focused their efforts strongly in the industrial and heavy commercial aspects. Rock Springs has many areas of expertise including, electrical instrumentation and controls, oil field, commercial, plant sites, lighting design, construction management, power line work including distribution (5kv to 35kv) and transmission (69kv to 230kv), we work heavily in mining operation whether its coal, trona or sand and gravel.

Rock Springs also offers design build projects as well, their staff of professionals will work together as a team to provide an electrical design that best suits your needs.
